Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item purchased on PlayGoSports.com. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Eligible returns receive a full refund back to your original payment method, with the exception of shipping fees. A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. Sale items & items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return

  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible within 1-2 business days and send you the return address.

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return approval to remain eligible for your refund. You're responsible for return shipping costs. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information from the carrier; we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send an email to confirm your refund details.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved and issued to your original payment method, please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to post. Depending on your payment method, it can take up to one full billing cycle for the funds to appear in your account. If you have questions about timing, we recommend reaching out to your issuing bank directly. Still don't see it after that? Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out using our contact form or email hello@playgosports.com for support. as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12 PM PT are processed the same business day; orders placed after 12 PM PT are processed the next business day. We can only cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment, once it has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and follows the Return Policy above.

Warranty

Most products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. We encourage you to register your product to help activate your warranty coverage, though registration isn't required to file a claim.
