Great customer service
"Living in a warm weather climate this was a must buy for summer pool fun. Friends and family have enjoyed this product. We did have an issue with the rim and backboard and I can’t say enough about the customer service experience. They are GREAT. Replaced both rim and backboard no questions asked. It’s good to see this level of customer service in this day and age."
Rim rusted in less than two years
"I liked this hoop initially. But now less than two years of owning it and the rim is very rusted and falling apart. Contacted customer service and all they would do is send me a link to a $40 replacement rim on Amazon and send me two free basketballs. I don’t really need more basketballs, not sure why they wouldn’t just send me a new rim. For the money this should not happen in under two years (the warranty is only 1 year)"
Great product
"Great product ! Highest quality outdoor hoop for a pool ! Customer service was amazing ! The coating on rim began to chip after the first year and they replaced the rim at no cost even after warranty was expired ! They said they made improvements to the rim and were happy to send out replacement! I was blown away that they stand by their products and their customer service !"
Does hold up long term
"Great hoop at first, but over time fell apart in different ways. One month in the backboard would slide down the pole. The compression screws did not work. I called GoSports and they sent me a new arm and backboard. The second time around I drilled two holes through the upright pole assembly and placed two 1/2" bronze bolts with nuts (we have a salt water pool) under the backboard angled arm. We didn't want to adjust the height. We wanted it at full height all the time. That solved that problem. Unfortunately the Florida environment along with the salt water pool started to corrode the rest of the original metal pieces. But the worst and final thing was the acrylic backboard came unglued from the plastic backboard frame. It completely fell off. I tried to email GoSports but no response this time. I figured at some point the hardware would need to be replaced like the rim, but I never thought the backboard would come off like it did. And all of that blue trim on the two rectangles flaked off into my pool. I'm now looking for a new pool hoop as it got a lot of use."

"I don’t write reviews often. However I bought this pool hoop based on the good online reviews, and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was so easy to assemble. The rim seems as strong as our big rim on our outdoor basketball hoop. It’s very nice looking and matches our pool pebble sheen. First day our neighbor’s 10 year old was hanging on the rim and it didn’t budge ! So far we are very happy. Great product"

Impressive Quality
"Very impressed by the huge size and high quality of the pool hoop. Our kids play for hours in the pool at a time and it has held up nicely. The balls do discolor after a while if you leave them in the pool, so best to keep them in a toy locker when not in use. Highly recommend!"
