"Only lasted one summer and the foam already needs replacing. We were diligent about removing it from the pool when not in use. Reached out to customer service with no response. They do replacements but shipping costs more than the product."

"I have replaced the foam twice once under the warranty and again six months later. When I called customer service for to tell them that two sets of their foam went in just over a year they said your warranty is up and offered a 10% discount on a replacement. The price including shipping would be almost half the price of a new one. I would not recommend this product!!!!"

"The splash hoop has been a blast in the pool but over the year thestyrofoam broke down I emailed go sports they were awesome and replaced the bottom hoop very quickly. I will cont to Buy products from go sports. Thank you a happy customer"

Great Toys, Great Compnay

"I purchase this basketball hoop for my son. Been a great addition to the pool. What I have found out is that over the course of a season, the foam will distergrate from the clohorine,which is normal. This company has now replaced them for me twice over the course of two years without any question. Love this. Most otehr companies would make you by a new one. Very happy with customer support. Quick replies and response time to my inquiries. THank you."
