The solid wooden construction means the integrity of the boards is our top priority. The 4 ft x 2 ft size is made to ACA regulations for cornhole purists and newcomers alike to experience the most authentic game play. The top surface is also 1/2 in varnished cabinet-grade plywood that provides the perfect amount of slide. Flag designs are screen printed onto the oak surfaces so they will not peel. The frames are handcrafted from solid pine, featuring mitered corner joints which are far superior to the shoddy construction of the homemade style sets. The wooden legs are retractable and are held in place by robust 3/8 in galvanized steel bolts with wing nuts. The bean bags are filled with recycled plastic pellets, and unlike corn, they will not rot if they get wet. Best of all, the set weighs only 38 pounds without sacrificing gameplay!
